Ken’s Baby Crock Pot

BBQ Sausage Treats

Some years back I had the good fortune to attend a New Years gala Ken and Ellen’s home. The light from the windows of their log cabin home, nestled in a stand of spruce, cast a warm glow on the Alaska snow. It was a crisp clear night, there were good friends there and a holiday to celebrate. What could be more festive? Ken and Ellen set a splendid table. One of the offerings kept drawing me back for yet another sample. The preparation and serving dish was the same - a bachelor-sized crock pot and it fit perfectly.

Simce then I have aquired my own mini-crock pot for just this very dish. It has been a hit at events I have hosted as well.
