Cream Cheese

Spread and Dip

This makes an excellent party dip for a fresh vegetable plate. The soft creamy white of the cheese is accented with the reds, greens, and orange of the vegetables - very eye appealing. Some vegetables, such as celery, can be filled ahead of time before plating. Big red and juicy tomatoes are scrumptious when stuffed with this delightful cheese mixture. Add a bit more sour cream to the mixture and you have a tasty salad dressing.
