Spinach dunk is for vegetables - the dip is too thick for chips. The predominate flavors are bleu cheese and spinach and you have to like these flavors to like the dip.

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • 1/4 pound bleu cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Cook and drain spinach.
  2. Combine all ingredients and chill.
  3. Serve with raw vegetable platter.
