Steak

ala Christina

You may have to hunt a bit to find the Tastefully Simple Spinach and Herb Mix but Christina says it is worth it.

The original recipe from my daughter listed McCormick Seasoned Pepper Blend as one of the ingredients. Apparently this product has been discontinue by McCormick and not available in stores. The last supplies are being sold in six-packs over the Internet. Lawrys Seasoned Pepper Blend, also made by McCormick, is a near identical product and can be found in most large food markets.
